Meet Nitasha
Nitasha Rajora, Architect AIBC, MBA, is the founder and Principal of Neev Development + Consulting. With over 20 years of experience working in senior positions for investors, developers, contractors and government agencies – in numerous roles spanning the development pipeline—Nitasha brings a wealth of experience and skill to every project she undertakes.
Supported by her degree in Architecture from McGill University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, Nitasha is able to use her vast expertise to deliver impactful solutions to your high-level and day-to-day real estate challenges.
Nitasha has worked on high-profile developments across the globe, including multiple high-rise office towers in Canary Wharf, the New York Times Building Renovation, and 3 World Trade Center. Her public sector experience includes 5 years working as a Project Director on large-scale Public Private Partnership (P3) projects in Toronto and Vancouver, where she ran the successful bid for the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto, which included the design, build, and financing of two stadiums and an indoor velodrome – the second of its kind in North America.
To date, Nitasha has supported the planning and development of over 400 residential units and 1M+ square feet of non-residential projects across the globe, ranging from $10M to $200M in size.
