Project Summary

38140 Third Avenue is a 6 storey, ground-up development in downtown Squamish with 45 strata units and commercial space at grade. In our advisory role we are working with the development team to advance the rezoning and development permit approval process with the District of Squamish.

Our Role

  • Review of architectural drawings, design optimization and suggestions for value engineering
  • Review of all drawing packages prior to submission to the District
  • Guidance on responses to Districts comments and rationale for requested variances
  • Review of financial models and schedule
  • Advice on form of construction as well as contract terms, exclusions, and fees
  • Assistance in sales and marketing process including time to launch

The project has achieved rezoning and the development permit is underway.
