Principal, Nitasha Rajora Architect AIBC, CP, MBA

Nitasha has 25 years of local and international experience working for architecture firms, real estate investors, developers and general contractors. Her portfolio spans notable projects globally including multiple high-rise towers in London and New York, and, in the public sector, large-scale Public Private Partnership (P3) projects in Toronto and Vancouver.

Her background in architecture (Bachelor in Architecture, McGill University, Registered with AIBC) and business (MBA, Schulich School of Business, Focus on Real Estate and Infrastructure) has provided her with a unique skillset that allows her to navigate both technical and commercial aspects of projects. Nitasha has also completed Lean Greenbelt training, and is a Certified Professional, providing her with in-depth knowledge of the BC Building Code.

Nitasha is passionate about demystifying the development process to empower her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their real estate goals.
